'Our Mission Personnel' 

Ashdon Baptist Church supports God's mission across the world, mainly through

 BMS World Mission.

Our Link Mission personnel are Pete and Lizz Maycock working in Thailand with their children, Abigail and Jacob.

Peter is a teacher and youth leader and Lizz is a physiotherapist. They returned to Thailand at the end of 2009 after a short time in the UK when they visited us in Ashdon and up-dated us on their work.

They send us monthly news of their work.

North West Essex Baptist cluster

Ashdon Baptist Church enjoys close connection with the Baptist churches at Great Sampford, Thaxted and Saffron Walden. We share regular cluster services for worship and fellowship, usually on the fourth Sunday of a month.

A member of Thaxted Baptist Church, Ashley Townsend went to Brazil as a member of a BMS World Mission action team. We all supported Ashley and the team members in prayer while they served the Lord in this way. On their return they came to this area and reported on their experiences. Now Ashley is looking to God to guide him as to his future employment and Christian service.
